About the role:

Reporting to the Head of Regulatory Policy and Strategy you will oversee and continuously improve PSU services and personally provide guidance on ethical and regulatory obligations including emerging issues such as AML/CTF.

• Provide and quality-check practitioner guidance across ethics costs and regulatory compliance via phone and email.
• Manage publications and educational resources (articles updates case summaries) for key channels.
• Maintain web-based information services relating to regulatory compliance ethics costs and AML/CTF.
• Drive research and resource development aligned to emerging trends including support for new principals.
• Liaise across internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure consistent guidance and policy alignment.

The ideal candidate:

• MUST BE ADMITTED AS A SOLICITOR
• Proven ability to produce practical education resources (articles checklists alerts presentations workshops).
• Highly developed interpersonal presentation influencing and organisational skills.
• A strong client-service mindset resilience discretion and a commitment to confidentiality.
