Responsibilities
- Assist to lead and supervise Project / Modificationteam in carrying out the project programmes
- Ensure completion on project schedule and resources as well as compliance to contract requirement
- Monitor the progress and work with internal departments & external suppliers to ensure on-time delivery
- Coordinate and work closely with Government sectors such as EMSD to ensure all projects in accordance with regulatory requirements
- Quality Safety and cost control are required
Requirements
- Degree in Building Services/ Mechanical / Electrical ElectronicEngineering courses or equivalent
- 4-5 years project management experience inlift/elevator industry
- Strong sense of responsibility
- Able to work under pressure
- Good time management
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- Fluent in spoken & written English and Chinese
- Candidate with less experience would be considered as Assistant Engineer
- Fresh graduate welcome
