Implementing HR initiatives SOPs and policies aligned with business goals.
Leading end-to-end talent acquisition onboarding L&D and retention strategies.
Ensuring compliance with labour laws audits and statutory regulations.
Managing employee relations grievance redressal and disciplinary procedures.
Handling contract labour management and workforce planning.
Overseeing payroll coordination performance appraisals and training needs.
Managing plant-level administration including housekeeping security and vendor management.
