About the Role
As a Program Manager at TrusTrace you will play a key role in managing and overseeing multiple projects that contribute to our strategic goals. You will ensure alignment across teams on-time delivery and consistent stakeholder engagement while driving program success through effective coordination planning and execution.
What You Will Do
Program Coordination: Plan coordinate and oversee multiple projects to ensure they align with TrusTraces strategic goals. Develop and manage program schedules budgets and resources.
Stakeholder Engagement: Identify and engage key stakeholders to ensure project alignment and support. Communicate program status risks and issues effectively.
Team Management: Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams. Assign tasks monitor progress and provide guidance to ensure successful outcomes.
Risk Management: Identify assess and mitigate program risks. Develop and implement proactive risk management plans.
Quality & Performance Tracking: Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards. Track program metrics budgets and resource utilization to drive data-informed improvements.
Change & Documentation Management: Manage changes in scope cost or schedule and maintain thorough documentation reports and lessons learned.
Strategic Alignment: Contribute to the overall program strategy by ensuring all initiatives align with TrusTraces business objectives and long-term goals.
Who You Might Be
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Project Management or a related field; Masters or PMP certification is a plus.
57 years of experience in program or project management with a proven record of managing multiple concurrent projects.
Strong leadership and cross-functional team management skills.
Excellent organizational analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project Jira or Asana.
Experience in the fashion retail or sustainability industry is a plus.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global multicultural environment
Strong financial acumen and experience managing project budgets.
