The Role
We are looking for anITX & InfoSec Manager who will take end-to-end ownership of Stratpoints internal IT operations and enterprise security. This role is responsible for securing our digital workplace networks endpoints and assets while leading internal IT services such as helpdesk device management and onboarding.
You will design implement and manage policies tools and procedures that protect Stratpoints people and data. This is a hybrid strategic-and-hands-on role requiring deep technical skills and sound operational judgment.

Your Team
You will work closely with theITX teamandTechnology Governance Team to ensure secure access seamless IT operations and well-managed enterprise IT tools across Stratpoint.
This role plays a key part in shaping the overall IT experience for our employees making sure they have fast secure and reliable access to the tools and systems they need. Whether its through efficient onboarding responsive support or consistent security practices your work will directly impact how teams work and collaborate every day.
Your Responsibilities
Security Ownership
- Design implement and maintain internal security and IT policies
- Define access control standards across devices accounts networks and services
- Lead implementation of security tools like Sophos UEM and network refresh
Identity & Access Management
- Administer Google Workspace and other SaaS platforms with role-based access SSO and MFA
- Ensure secure onboarding offboarding and account lifecycle management
Device Asset & Endpoint Security
- Manage IT assets and company devices via ManageEngine UEM and Service Desk Plus
- Enforce encryption patching and antivirus compliance policies
- Monitor endpoints using tools like Sophos and respond to alerts or threats
Network & SaaS Security
- Maintain secure VPN and office network configurations (LAN/Wi-Fi/Firewall)
- Perform regular SaaS audits to detect misconfigurations or access risks
IT Operations & Support
- Lead helpdesk and ticketing operations ensuring timely internal tech support
- Oversee asset procurement inventory tagging and decommissioning lifecycle
- Support infrastructure availability and internal IT service quality
Awareness & Incident Response
- Conduct security briefings phishing simulations and training sessions
- Investigate and resolve internal IT or security incidents
Risk Management & Compliance
- Run internal audits vulnerability scans and risk assessments
- Maintain documentation for ISO 27001 SOC 2 and other compliance frameworks
- Collaborate with Legal and Operations on policy governance and audit readiness
About You
You are/have:
- Strong foundation in software engineering or systems development enabling you to understand how infrastructure tooling and policies impact technical teams
- Ability to support engineers product teams and delivery squads effectively with working knowledge of their roles workflows and the systems they rely on.
- Curiosity and openness to be immersed in emerging technologies including cloud data and AI as part of Stratpoints evolving tech ecosystem.
- 46 years of experience in IT operations systems administration or information security
- Experiences in Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) Endpoint Protection (e.g. Sophos Defender) Network setup and security (VPN firewalls switches)
- Administration of workplace platforms like Google Workspace and Microsoft 365
- Helpdesk and ticketing systems (e.g. ServiceDesk Plus Jira Service Management)
- Strong understanding of access control and identity management
- Device compliance (encryption patching endpoint security)
- SaaS configuration and endpoint security
- Internal audits policy documentation and risk response
Nice to Have
- Certifications such as ITIL CompTIA Security or CompTIA Network
- Scripting or automation skills (e.g. Python PowerShell Bash)
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks (ISO 27001 NIST SOC 2)
- Experience supporting internal or external audits including documentation and remediation tracking
