Your Role
As a Sales Development Representative for the APAC region youll be at the forefront of Megaports growth journey. Youll be the first point of contact for potential customers qualifying inbound leads and generating new opportunities through smart targeted outbound outreach.

This isnt just about calls and emails - its about building connections sparking interest and helping businesses unlock the power of Megaports global platform. Youll also play a part in shaping and refining our sales processes bringing fresh ideas creativity and energy to a high-performing team.

While we are open to flexibility in location across the APAC region this role is ideally based in hybrid arrangement at our Brisbane Headquarters.

What Youll Be Doing

    • Engage with potential customers via phone email LinkedIn video and live chat to qualify interest and generate new business opportunities.
    • Manage inbound leads identify new prospects and run targeted outbound campaigns to build pipeline aligned with Megaports ideal customer profile.
    • Use tools like Salesforce Gong LinkedIn Sales Navigator ZoomInfo and UserGems to research track and manage outreach.
    • Communicate Megaports solutions and value to both technical and business stakeholders across APAC.
    • Collaborate with Sales Solutions Marketing and RevOps teams to support pipeline growth and regional revenue goals.
    • Partner with Marketing on demand generation campaigns events and webinars.
    • Maintain accurate CRM records and track key metrics like leads worked meetings booked and pipeline created.
    • Participate in coaching and enablement to continuously build your skills and accelerate your sales career.

    • 1 years of experience in B2B sales development (SDR/BDR/ADR) or other customer-facing sales roles such as account management retail or direct sales
