Our BDR team is the engine behind one of the worlds fastest-growing region. Youll be hunting into high-growth SMB Commercial and Enterprise accounts opening doors at some of the most recognisable brands across Australia & New Zealand and shaping how they adopt AI for customer experience.
You wont be scheduling meetings. You will be uncovering real pain building value and influencing multi-million-dollar deals from the very start.

Engage exec-level prospects to understand where their CX AI and Service gaps sit
Drive high-value pipeline through targeted outbound prospecting
Partner closely with Account Executives Product and Marketing to run coordinated plays into priority accounts
Qualify opportunities with a consultative value-led approach
Own and manage your pipeline with discipline clarity and a premium customer experience
Be part of an onsite team (3 days a week in Melbourne) that learns iterates and grows together
2 years in a sales or business development role (SMB Commercial or Enterprise)

Hybrid: In this role our hybrid experience is designed at the team level to give you a rich onsite experience packed with connection collaboration learning and celebration - while also giving you flexibility to work remotely for part of the week. This role must attend our local office for part of the week. The specific in-office schedule is to be determined by the hiring manager.
