Centralized Customer Experience Team Intern: Summer 2026 Dallas TX

We are currently looking for a Centralized Customer Experience Team Intern to join our team in Dallas TX.

The intern will Improve User Experience of Digital Platforms (i.e. Portal) and work on Re-brand of Centralized Customer Experience Team (CCET) project.

A Day in the Life:

  • Reduction in complaints related to website access and usage.
  • Improved website analytics (e.g. lower bounce rates higher completion rates).
  • Positive user feedback.
  • Increase in cross-department collaboration with CCET
  • Increased likelihood for operations teams to take action on Recommendations for Improvement from CCET
  • Gain understanding of how CCET adds value to NMAC

Who Were Looking for:

Required:

  • Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate/graduate degree program in Business or Marketing or Information Technology
    • Human-Computer Interaction
    • UX/UI Design
    • Data Analytics
    • Digital Media Design
  • Experience with UX research methods (e.g. surveys usability testing)
  • Familiarity with prototyping tools (e.g. Figma Adobe XD Sketch)
  • Knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics Hotjar)
  • Experience with content creation (e.g. guides videos infographics)
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or front-end development (optional but a plus)
  • GPA of 3.0 or above (Candidates will be required to provide an official or unofficial transcript during the application process for verification.)
  • Ability to perform work onsite at Dallas TX
