Job Summary

Professional Experience
Minimum 7–10 years experience in electrical or electronics manufacturing.
At least 3–5 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Hands-on knowledge of:
Electrical Panel design and assembly (LT/HT Panels PCC MCC etc.)
Electronic circuit assembly and testing.
Lean manufacturing / Six Sigma / 5S.
Quality assurance (ISO 9001 IEC standards etc.)
Skills
Knowledge regarding Factory Act MSME regulations Factory License etc.
Reading and interpreting electrical schematics wiring diagrams PCB layouts.
Familiarity with PLC SCADA HMI and automation systems.
Working knowledge of BOM (Bill of Materials) ERP systems and production planning.
Understanding of compliance standards like BIS IEC UL CE.
Managerial & Soft Skills
Strong leadership and team management.
Effective production planning and resource allocation.
Proficient in inventory management and cost control.
Communication and coordination skills for cross-functional teams (design procurement QC etc.).
Familiarity with safety regulations and environmental compliance.
Certifications (optional but beneficial)
PMP (Project Management Professional)
Six Sigma Green/Black Belt
ISO Lead Auditor
Electrical Supervisor License
