Job Summary

As a fast growing company user growth is one of the key functions at Toppr. We expect you to find creative and practical solutions to attract growth and spread awareness about our platform. You would be collaborating with the technology and design team to implement your ideas and scale the platform further. The growth team comprises of top minds from the online and offline marketing industry who have worked with big brands and startups. You would be an integral part of this team which aims to reach 1 million users by 2016. You will help shape the identity of the product while building a loyal customer base.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing plans for different products through market research competitive analysis and business planning.
  • Formulate product launch plans develop feasible and result-oriented techniques which include press releases launch materials customer presentations and videos.
  • Act as a bridge between our global customers and technology teams.
  • Develop and implement innovative and novel ideas identify loopholes and opportunities that will change the way businesses work.
  • Generate online content which may include blog posts tutorials howtos demos etc.
  • Develop new marketing initiatives and means of online distribution
  • Create compelling presentations videos customer success stories whitepapers etc.
  • Implement SMM SEO and SEM strategies to drive incoming traffic & leads

Expectations:

  • Should be from a premier engineering college with 0-2 years experience
  • A good balance of analytical and creative thinking. Knowledge of key marketing tools and techniques is necessary.
  • Excellent writing and articulation skills capable of easily taking on new subject matter
  • Love for unplanned or chaotic situations as you it brings out the best in you
  • Follow web technology closely and have a strong desire to understand how stuff works
  • Candidate must be self-motivated articulate showcase excellent written and oral communications with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Should be passionate about working in the online world and social media.

They joined FutureBazaar as Aqui-hires when their startup Chaupaati Bazaar was acquired by Kishore Biyani led Future Group (Big Bazaar and Pantaloons). is funded by SAIF Partners and Helion Ventures. Rests of the team are alumni from IITs NITs and BITS.
