About the Role
Were looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Manager with a strong background in recruitment consulting. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in client onboarding negotiations revenue growth and managing end-to-end recruitment delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Identify pitch and onboard new clients across diverse industries.
Drive strategic business development through outreach networking and relationship-building.
Lead contract negotiations finalize commercials and manage long-term client partnerships.
Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle and ensure timely high-quality delivery.
Manage and mentor a team of recruiters to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Maintain and optimize CRM and ATS usage for accurate tracking and reporting.
Strengthen client relationships to ensure repeat business and deeper account penetration.
Prepare weekly and monthly business dashboards forecasts and performance insights.
Handle client escalations and ensure smooth resolution.
Consistently drive revenue growth and meet assigned business targets.

Mandatory: Prior experience in recruitment consulting (Business Manager / Senior BD / Account Manager roles).
Proven success in client onboarding negotiations and consistent revenue generation.
Strong understanding of ATS CRM tools and the full recruitment lifecycle.
Exceptional communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Team leadership experience with the ability to drive performance.
Target-driven self-motivated and highly organized.
Strong market understanding with the ability to identify new business opportunities.
Good to Have
Exposure across IT Non-IT Blue Collar or Leadership Hiring.
Experience handling P&L or revenue ownership.
Existing client relationships or an active network.
