What Youll Do:
- Processing payments: performing payment bookings in the ERP (JDE) with invoice matching customer deductions and/or advances;
- Cash collection: regular follow-ups with customers and Commercial Unit to ensure effective and on-time collection of receivables;
- Accounts reconciliation;
- Controlling customer exposure and overdues;
- Processing and following up on customer inquiries under scope via email;
- Continuous improvement: identifying proposing and implementing development activities to improve the performance on a continuous basis;
What Youll Bring To BIC:
- University degree in Accounting/Finance Economics or Business is a plus;
- 1-2 years of experience in a global company;
- Advanced English and French;
- Exposure to ERPs (JDE is a plus);
- Good communication skills;
- Customer service orientation and attention to details;
- Ability to work in teams.
