Your responsibilities:
- Conduct checkup calls with existing German-speaking clients;
- Assist customers by booking technician appointments when needed;
- Manage renewals offer upgrades and recommend suitable service options;
- Reconnect with expired customers and help them reactivate their subscriptions;
- Retain at-risk clients by providing solutions benefits and support;
- Follow company procedures quality standards and report any suspicious or fraudulent activity.
What we expect from you:
- Fluency in German (C1 level) and strong English skills;
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retention customer service or a related field;
- Excellent communication and active listening skills;
- Strong customer-service orientation and the ability to build trust;
- Good computer literacy and ability to work with internal systems;
- Organized proactive punctual and results-driven;
- A positive attitude team spirit and commitment to performance;
- Ability to maintain confidentiality during and for 2 years after employment.
