Job Summary

We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a worlds leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets Bulgaria included. You will be signing the contract directly with the Bulgarian employer.


Location: Sofia Bulgaria

Working Model: On-site (B&M)

Salary: 3200 BGN gross per month


About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join an international team based in Sofia. You will be responsible for providing excellent support to Romanian-speaking customers ensuring inquiries are handled efficiently and professionally.


Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer requests via phone email or chat.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved cases to the appropriate department.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all customer interactions.


Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. 10:00 p.m.
  • Saturday and Sunday: 10:00 a.m. 6:00 p.m.
  • (Rotational shifts based on the local market time zone.)


Training:

  • 2 weeks of comprehensive training 1 week of nesting (mentored practice).


Requirements:

  • Romanian: C2 level (preferred).
  • English: Minimum B2 level (intermediate to upper-intermediate).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is an advantage.
