Job Description
Are you fluent in Dutch and passionate about helping customers succeed
We are looking for motivated junior talents to join our Customer Success team either on-site in Lisbon or Porto or working remotely from anywhere in mainland Portugal.
What you will do
Support Dutch-speaking customers via email chat or phone
Guide clients through products and services ensuring a smooth experience
Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions
Collaborate with the team to improve customer satisfaction
Gain valuable experience in a dynamic international environment

Native/Fluent Dutch speaker with good English (B1/B2)
