Job Summary

Location: Lisbon Portugal

Role: Persian Content Moderator

Salary: 1068 euro gross per month (this does include also the holiday bonus and meal allowance) plus free accomodation (or 1270 euro gross p/m without accomodation)

Working Hrs: 40 hours/week (8-hour shifts) rotational shifts within a 24x7 operation (includes mix of shifts including day/night)

Relocation package: flight reimbursement airport pick up free accomodation

The Role:

We are seeking a Persian-speaking Content Moderator to join our Trust & Safety team supporting one of the world’s leading mobile gaming this role you will help ensure a safe fair and enjoyable environment for millions of players across the globe. As a Content Moderator you will review user-generated content - including profiles chats images and videos—investigate reports and decide on appropriate actions. Your work will directly contribute to maintaining the integrity and positive atmosphere of a large highly engaged online player community. This is an opportunity to be at the heart of community protection helping to safeguard players while working within a dynamic international team.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate in-game user content reported by players ensuring compliance with community guidelines and safety standards.
Review text images videos and player profiles to identify inappropriate or abusive behaviour.
Take action based on established policies including removing harmful content or issuing warnings.
Assess the severity of reports and make accurate timely decisions.
Investigate complex cases escalating issues when necessary to ensure proper resolution.
Identify patterns of misuse or emerging risks that could negatively impact the player community.
Create clear qualitative and quantitative reports on trends challenges and potential improvements.
Contribute ideas that help prevent future abuse and enhance player safety.

Requirements

Fluent Persian (Farsi)
Good level of English
Strong attention to detail and ability to make quick accurate decisions
Comfortable reviewing both visual and written online content
Able to work rotational shifts including weekends
Reliable adaptable and focused on delivering quality work

No visa support is offered for this role therefore the succesful candidate needs an EU passport or other relevant right to work document for Portugal (e.g. valid work permit for Portugal).
