Job Summary
We are looking for a Farsi-speaking Trust & Safety Specialist to support an online gaming environment by reviewing user activity investigating reports and ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all players.
You will analyze content enforce community guidelines and help maintain a positive and secure user space.
Responsibilities
- Review user profiles text images and in-game content
- Investigate and assess reported issues
- Determine severity and take appropriate action
- Remove or escalate harmful or inappropriate behavior
- Ensure adherence to community and safety guidelines
- Prepare clear case documentation and reports
- Collaborate with internal teams on sensitive or urgent cases
- Identify trends and potential risks to improve safety processes
- Work in rotating shifts including nights weekends and holidays
(Role may involve exposure to sensitive disturbing or graphic content as indicated in the original documentation.)
Requirements
- Native or fluent Farsi strong English
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure
- Comfortable with guideline-based evaluations
- Ability to handle sensitive material professionally
- Interest in digital communities online safety or gaming
- Previous experience in Trust & Safety or content moderation is a plus
Training
- 7 days of full-time training (in English)
- Covers tools guidelines case handling and safety protocols
- Training is paid upon successful completion
Working Hours
- 40 hours/week (8h/day 1h lunch)
- Rotational shift system 24/7 operation
- Portuguese public holidays apply; working on holidays grants compensation days
Compensation & Benefits
Monthly Compensation (22 working days):
With Housing Benefit 1068.67
Without Housing Benefit 1270.50

Required Skills:
Fluent in Persian & English C1 Experience in Customer Service/Content Moderation Gamer experience
