As we continue to grow we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR & Admin Assistant (Part-Time) to support our People & Office team in Lisbon. This is a temporary position expected to last around 4 months ideal for someone proactive organized and eager to develop experience in Human Resources and Office Management.
What Youll Do
- Assist with onboarding processes ensuring new joiners feel welcomed and well-informed
- Maintain HR records and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality
- Contribute to internal communications and employee engagement initiatives
- Assist in organizing training sessions performance cycles and internal events
- Provide day-to-day support to HR and office operations in coordination with the People & Office Manager
What Were Looking For
- Degree or ongoing studies in Human Resources Management Psychology or a related field
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Strong command of Microsoft Office tools especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proactive mindset attention to detail and eagerness to learn
