You speak Russian and you are a Gaming Addict We are recruiting Customer Support for Gaming Industry - Russian speaker M/F/X - Home Office in Portugal !!

Your working day :

Provide customer support via email and chat primarily in Russian and occasionally in English;
Assist with inquiries about account and payment processes;
Resolve login and registration difficulties;
Restore and modify emails phone numbers and other account information;
Handle hacked accounts and restore characters;
Address questions about the reward program;
Answer queries about tokens and pre-paid game cards;
Handle any payment-related inquiries and process refunds;
Professionally manage customer data.
Please note that proficiency in both Russian and English both orally and in writing is a prerequisite for this position.

What you need to know to have a chance of getting this job :

Fluent in Russian C2 and English (C1)
Gaming experience / Customer Service
Great communication
High school diploma minimum
Valid work permit in Portugal
