A Project Manager is responsible for carrying out the project expectations from the signed contract through to the projects invoicing. The process includes scheduling budgeting coordinating manufacturing installation and general communication with our customers. Create and monitor milestone tasks organize and prioritize tasks coordinate with internal departments and the customer to ensure complete customer satisfaction. This position is the liaison between sales design quality manufacturing management and installation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Perform site visits in proper attire and conduct site investigations
Work with internal teams including design engineering production & installation to take a project from inception through completion
Qualify and negotiate with subcontractors for obtaining permits performing installation & estimates
Track all jobs through customized reports and internal software
Communicate both orally and in writing with customers subcontractors and staff
Maintain discretion by keeping service and customer information confidential
Manage day to day operational and tactical aspects of multiple projects
Follow procedures on budgeting scheduling updates change orders and invoicing
Manage scope work and mitigate risks
Oversee high-level deliverables across multiple projects
Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to present to small and large groups
Ability to work on numerous activities and prioritize them properly while meeting deadlines
Strong organization skills and ability to multi-task and make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment
Available to work overtime as required
Available to travel as required for out of area projects
Highly proficient in MS Office and related products
Education / Experience
To be considered for this position you must have:
5 years Project Management experience as a Project Manager or Sr. Project Manager
5 years experience in signage construction or a related field

$60-80k/year depending on experience
Hours:
Typically Monday - Friday from 8AM-5PM.
Will vary depending on assigned project(s)
Must be able to work at any time as assigned
