Role: Property Manager (Eastern Europe or Romania)
Priority Location: Eastern Europe or Romania.
Working Hours: 40 - 50 hours 7 days a week with 2 flexible days off
Salary Range: $1500 - $2000
Type of contract: Independent Contractor

Our client is a growing short-term rental management company that oversees 16 premium properties in France. The company delivers exceptional guest experiences and handles seamless property operations for both international and French-speaking guests.
About the Role:
Our client is looking for a Multilingual Property Manager who is fluent in English and can converse in French and Romanian. The ideal candidate will join our team and oversee guest communications staff coordination and operational management of our portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Communication (50%): Handle inquiries bookings and guest support primarily through email and platforms like Airbnb. You will ensure a seamless guest experience from check-in to check-out and resolve any issues quickly and professionally.
- Team & Operations Coordination (50%): You will manage communication with on-the-ground staff including cleaners maintenance teams and contractors. Your responsibilities will include coordinating schedules assigning tasks and ensuring timely property turnovers.
- Property & Booking Oversight: You will monitor occupancy review guest feedback implement improvements and maintain accurate records of operations and expenses.
Qualifications:
- Language Skills:
- Fluent English
- Conversational French & Romanian
- Experience:
- A background in hospitality short-term rentals or Airbnb property management is preferred.
- Prior experience in guest relations operations management or customer service is highly valued.
- Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- A problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Comfortable and experienced with digital tools booking platforms and remote team coordination.
