Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Biomedical Site Manager. This position is critical in overseeing the management and operation of biomedical facilities ensuring compliance with industry standards and promoting a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of biomedical sites ensuring efficient workflow and staff coordination.
- Implement and maintain compliance with all relevant health safety and environmental regulations.
- Coordinate with maintenance and engineering teams to ensure proper function and upkeep of biomedical equipment.
- Manage inventory and procurement of biomedical supplies and equipment.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide training and development opportunities for site staff enhancing their skills in biomedical management.
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to achieve organizational goals and improve service delivery.
- Develop and monitor budgets ensuring cost-effective operations without compromising quality.
- Prepare and present reports on site operations to senior management.
Essential Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a biomedical management role or relevant field.
- Strong technical knowledge of biomedical equipment and technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in writing reports and documentation.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Desired Experience
- Experience in a healthcare or laboratory setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards related to biomedical operations.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience is a plus.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: $90000 - $120000 annually
