Your Mission Should You Choose to Accept
As a Project Manager Team Lead youll play a strategic leadership role in shaping the future of our onboarding process for large accounts. Your mission is to ensure our clients transition seamlessly from purchase to becoming engaged users while building long-term impactful relationships.
Project & Process Management
Lead the full onboarding journey from kick-off to successful delivery.
Translate customer requirements into tailored solutions.
Manage risks blockers and stakeholder expectations.
Facilitate training and product adoption to maximize client value.
Track performance report outcomes and drive continuous improvement.
Team Leadership
Lead mentor and develop project managers or team members.
Define goals KPIs and priorities for the team.
Foster ownership accountability and a collaborative culture.
Improve team project management skills and efficiency.
Growth & Strategic Impact
Identify opportunities to scale and optimize onboarding processes.
Contribute to the companys customer success and retention strategy.
Support team growth planning to ensure the right skills and capacity.
Encourage innovation and adoption of best practices.
Stakeholder Management
Act as the main point of contact for key clients during onboarding.
Build strong relationships with Sales Product Engineering Finance and more.
Communicate project status risks and outcomes clearly to leadership.
Influence cross-functional priorities to deliver maximum value.
Your Profile
2 years of experience in Project Management (SaaS HR Software or similar).
Previous experience leading or mentoring a team.
Familiarity with HR processes payroll or employee management is a plus.
Comfortable using SaaS platforms and project management tools (Jira Asana Trello etc.).
Fluent in English (other languages are a plus).
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
Client-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
Certifications (PMP Agile Scrum Master etc.) are a plus.
