Seeking Junior and Mid-Level Project Managers

Our team is growing! We have multiple positions open for junior and mid-level project managers and program managers. We are primarily seeking PMs who work in either the IT space or on general business projects that have significant impact on an organizations strategy and goals.

Our PMs support various project types including:

Software development or implementation
Infrastructure projects
Business improvement projects
General project coordination

Our consultants work in a variety of industries including energy financial services aerospace manufacturing education healthcare and technology innovation.

Qualifications

Here is what we look for in an ideal candidate; however be aware that you could be an excellent candidate without meeting all of these criteria.

3 years overall Project Management experience
Experience working on projects or initiatives that directly tie to an organizations strategy or overarching goals
Ability to develop basic schedules (including task dependencies) using software such as MS Project (preferred) Smartsheets Teams Planner etc.
Ability to proactively communicate and report on status issues risks and next steps to diverse stakeholders in both formal and informal ways
Ability to manage mixed teams of customer vendor and partner stakeholders across multiple functions
