Being an intern or student at Cascades is a unique opportunity to define your interests and discover your passion as our newStudent - Production.

Your main responsibilities will include :

• Perform basic troubleshooting on equipment
• Complete quality inspections on finished products in accordance with quality standards
• Manual labor which involves lifting up to 50lbs and carrying out repetitive tasks
• Use glue guns nail guns and other hand tools to build and assemble finished boxes
• Always maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Review machine operation and maintenance manuals and update the preventive maintenance program.

• Current student
• Must be 18 years or older
• A questioning mindset the desire to ask for clarification of our processes to gain a deeper understanding
• Ability to use hand tools read a tape measure and do basic math
• Strong work ethic attendance and punctuality is essential to our mutual success
• Comfort working in an environment with varying noise and temperature levels
