Job Summary
International Subaru of Orland Park is a 15 year plus established dealership in Suburban Cook County and is continuing to grow fast! Top performing customer service sales associates can earn as much as a $100k plus annual income from our base salary plus commission and bonuses.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Meet and greet customers who visit our dealership
- Assist the customers to find a vehicle that meets their needs
- Demonstrate vehiclefeatures
- Negotiate sales price and purchasing options with customers
QUALIFICATIONS:
- ENTHUSIASTICwith high energy throughout the sales workday
- OUTGOINGand friendly especially while handling objections
- ABOVE AVERAGEcustomer service skills
- SELF STARTER and motivated to be a top sales person
- PERSUASIVEand able to overcome customer objections during the sales process
- STRONG work ethic
ADDITIONAL PREFERENCE:
- Fluent in English and Spanish or English and Polish
- Automotive sales experience or relatable sales experience
