Marketing Associate Hybrid (Carlsbad CA)

A fast-growing medical technology organization focused on advancing non-invasive diagnostic solutions is seeking a Marketing Manager to support brand growth lead generation and product adoption. This role requires a creative metrics-driven marketer with strong experience in branding digital strategy content development social media website strategy (including e-commerce oversight) and trade show execution.
This position reports to the Senior Vice President of Sales and is a full-time hybrid role based in Carlsbad CA.
Responsibilities
Lead and refine brand positioning visual identity and messaging across all channels.
Develop marketing collateral brochures digital assets and promotional content.
Oversee website strategy SEO direction landing pages and e-commerce initiatives (no coding required).
Manage social media strategy and content calendar across platforms.
Build and optimize digital campaigns email nurturing flows and analytics-driven improvements.
Plan and execute trade shows conferences and educational workshops.
Develop go-to-market plans for new product or feature launches.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Product and Leadership teams.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business or related field.
2 plus years of marketing experience ideally in medical device diagnostics or healthcare technology.
Strong background in brand management digital strategy and demand generation.
Experience overseeing website strategy and e-commerce components.
Skilled in social media management analytics and CRM/automation tools.
Demonstrated success in planning and executing trade shows or events.
Excellent communication storytelling and project-management skills.
