Job Description
- Work in Lisbon Portugal
- No previous experience is required as complete training will be provided.
We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a worlds leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets Portugal included.
As a Customer Support Representative you will be responsible for:
- Receiving telephone calls from clients wishing to obtain various types of information concerning the product or service
- Management of incoming calls and email
- Provide accurate valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Follow communication procedures guidelines and policies
- Handling clients requests: policy changes cancellations claims updating payment details.
What you will need:
- Fluent level of Hebrew language (at least C1)
- Good level of English language (at least B2)
- to live in Lisbon Portugal or you can relocate there
- Strong communication skills
- A desire to be part of a fast-growing international company
What you will gain:
- Base salary without accommodation: 1767 gross
- Base salary with accommodation (room in shared apartment with bills included): 1478 gross - only if you are currently living at least 100 km away from Lisbon
