Job Summary

Work in Lisbon Portugal
No previous experience is required as complete training will be provided.

We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a worlds leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets Portugal included.

As a Customer Support Representative you will be responsible for:

Receiving telephone calls from clients wishing to obtain various types of information concerning the product or service
Management of incoming calls and email
Provide accurate valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Follow communication procedures guidelines and policies
Handling clients requests: policy changes cancellations claims updating payment details.

What you will need:

Fluent level of Hebrew language (at least C1)
Good level of English language (at least B2)
to live in Lisbon Portugal or you can relocate there
Strong communication skills
A desire to be part of a fast-growing international company

What you will gain:

Base salary without accommodation: 1767 gross
Base salary with accommodation (room in shared apartment with bills included): 1478 gross - only if you are currently living at least 100 km away from Lisbon
