We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Engineer to join our team at EIL Global IT Solutions and Services Pvt Ltd. This full-time junior-level position is based in Homebush Homebush West Box Hill Box Hill South and Box Hill North. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of work experience in IT support working efficiently to manage and resolve technical issues.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in troubleshooting a wide range of technical issues to ensure uninterrupted IT operations.
  • Experience with Active Directory for managing and maintaining user accounts and permissions.
  • Strong understanding of Windows Server environments for managing network resources.
  • Skilled in Office 365 Administration to configure manage and support Office 365 services.
  • Capability in network configuration to set up manage and troubleshoot networking devices.
  • Experience with remote desktop support to assist users with IT-related queries and issues.
  • Familiarity with the ITIL Framework for effective IT service management and delivery processes.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of ticketing systems such as ServiceNow for handling and resolving service requests (Mandatory skill).


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide frontline IT support to internal and external stakeholders by diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
  • Manage user accounts and profiles within Active Directory to maintain security protocols and operations.
  • Configure and maintain Windows servers ensuring regular updates and system integrity.
  • Administer Office 365 applications to optimize user experience and address client needs.
  • Assist in the installation and configuration of networking hardware and software systems.
  • Deliver remote desktop support to resolve issues promptly and reduce downtime.
  • Apply ITIL practices to enhance service delivery and manage workflows efficiently.
  • Utilize ticketing systems to track prioritize and manage all support queries and service requests effectively.
