Secure IT Service Management Inc. a subsidiary of Paragone Solutions Inc. is seeking an Account Executive to join our this role youll lead new business efforts and own the full sales development lifecyclefrom identifying and qualifying prospects to building strategic partnerships and closing high-value deals for SecureITSM. Youll collaborate with leadership while independently driving strategic decisions and growth.
Responsibilities:
Identify and secure new business opportunities to drive early-stage growth and expand our footprint.
Build manage and optimize a strong sales pipeline to exceed revenue goals and fuel scaling efforts.
Using GoHighLevel (CRM) create and manage outreach campaigns to engage prospective clients.
Represent the company at tradeshows conferences and networking events to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
Develop strong relationships with clients understanding needs and positioning our solutions for a long-term impact.
Track sales activity pipeline progress and business development results to continually refine the approach.
Stay current on industry trends competitors and emerging technologies within the MSP and IT services sector.
Experience:
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field (or equivalent experience)
3 years of experience in business development sales or partnerships roles preferably within an MSP IT services or technology solutions company
Experience in a startup environment is preferred
Proficiency in GoHighLevel CRM
Experience assisting with email marketing campaigns
Strong communication negotiation and networking skills
Self-motivated goal-driven and comfortable working independently
Willingness to travel for tradeshows and networking events
