Were on the hunt for a sharp proactive Account Executive who gets a buzz from building relationships managing a busy pipeline and closing deals that actually make a difference. Youll be front and centre with clients turning challenges into solutions and helping them unlock real business value.
What youll be doing:
- New business hunting researching prospecting and opening doors with the right decision makers.
- Pipeline management keeping on top of leads opportunities and deals so nothing slips through the cracks.
- Pitching with impact whether its a boardroom demo a Zoom presentation or a chat at an industry event youll be the person who can simplify complex problems and make solutions click.
- Negotiation & closing running the full sales cycle and bringing deals across the line without the pushy used-car sales vibe.
- Collaboration working closely with marketing product and customer success to make sure whats promised is delivered (and then some).
- Market awareness staying ahead of SaaS trends competitors and client challenges so youre always a step ahead in the conversation.
What youll bring:
- Proven SaaS sales experience ideally 2 years with a track record of hitting (or smashing) targets.
- Commercial acumen you get what makes businesses tick and how tech can help.
- Curiosity problem solving you dont just pitch features you actually listen and figure out where the value is.
- CRM confidence Salesforce HubSpot or whichever system keeps your deals moving forward.
- Resilience sales isnt for the faint-hearted so we want someone who thrives in a fast-paced target-driven world.
- Strong communication skills you can hold your own with stakeholders at all levels whether thats a CEO CIO or procurement team.
