Job Summary

The Hilton Orlando a vibrant resort hotel in the heart of Orlandos International Drive and connected to the South side of the Orlando Orange County Convention Center by a covered walkway is searching for a talented Banquet Set Up Manager to join their team!

This 1400 room property offers six dining outlets and seamlessly blends extensive leisure offerings with world class business amenities and over 250000 square feet of event space and more than 20 break out rooms.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Banquet Setup Management a proven ability to lead teams of similar size excellent time management and organizational skills strong communication abilities and a flexible adaptable approach.

Shift Pattern: This is a full-time position which requires full availability to work varying shifts across weekdays weekends and holidays.

What will I be doing

A Banquet Set Up Manager hires trains and directs the banquet staff in the planning and set up of all banquet spacein order to ensure a successful function and repeat business.

  • Working with guests and hotel team members to ensurehigh quality and cleanliness standards of all meeting rooms and pre-function space
  • Supervises and conducts the set up break down and service of all conference meeting rooms
  • Develops checklists and cleaning schedules to ensure proper cleanliness and maintenance of meeting space
  • Interviews trains supervises counsels schedules and evaluates Banquet Houseperson team #LI-AR2
