Were seeking an experienced Fractional Project Manager to lead and mentor in a dynamic software development environment. This role is ideal for a seasoned PM who thrives on guiding others while driving successful project outcomes.

Duration: 69 months

Commitment: 1525 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

Lead & Mentor: Begin by managing a software development project with a Junior PM shadowing your process. Transition into a coaching role to build their confidence and capability.
Develop PM Skills: Teach best practices in project planning timeline management cross-team communication and stakeholder engagement.
Guide Professional Growth: Support the Junior PM through structured phases:
- Phase 1 (Months 13): Build foundational PM knowledge and confidence through coursework and hands-on exposure.
- Phase 2 (Months 49): Apply structured methodologies; enable independent leadership of smaller projects.
- Phase 3 (Months 1015): Prepare for PMIs CAPM certification.

Requirements

Proven expertise in Software Development Project Management and SDLC with hands-on experience and SQL environments.
Strong background in mentoring or coaching junior team members.
Bonus: Experience in financial services or fintech projects.
