Location: Nelson Nissan - Broken Arrow.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $20/hour

The Business Development Center (BDC) is seeking a highly motivated and professional outbound Call Center Representative to join our team. This role is focused on engaging past and potential customers through outbound communications in order to generate appointments promote services and support overall business growth.

Position Overview:

The ideal candidate will be comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily following up on previous interactions and identifying opportunities to re-engage customers. Strong communication skills attention to detail and a results-driven mindset are essential to succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to previous and prospective customers in a timely and professional manner
• Promote services schedule appointments and encourage continued engagement
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system
• Follow established call scripts and compliance protocols
• Collaborate closely with internal sales and service departments to optimize customer experience
• Meet or exceed daily weekly and monthly performance targets

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Proficiency with CRM systems and basic computer applications
• Professional demeanor and a customer-first attitude
