Job Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone email and chat.
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward clients at all times.
- Assist customers with inquiries complaints and product-related questions.
- Document customer interactions and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues.
- Process orders forms and requests efficiently and accurately.
- Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Essential Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with computers and customer service software.
Desired Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
- Familiarity with media production and the related industry is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
