About the Role

Join Ipsoss team of Customer Experience enthusiasts where your contributions will help clients toshape exceptional customer experiences. As a Senior Research Executive youll manage cutting-edge projects spanning the full lifecycle from design to impactful insights. Collaborate directly with clients offering client success insights and advisory services across diverse industries.

About You

  • Proven client servicing experience
  • Expertise in CX technologies (e.g. Medallia Qualtrics)
  • Proficiency / interestin AI-based research methodologies
  • Strong commercial skills
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for customer experience

Essential Skills

  • Client management and communication
  • Skilled in data analysis and reporting
  • Proficient in dashboard design
  • Ability to identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborative teamwork approach
  • Open to feedback and continuous learning
