Working on the bank means you are not contracted to a set number of hours per week but instead work on an ad-hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability.

As a Customer Services Advisor you will:

• Liaise directly with customers answering all enquiries.

• Contribute to and manage local business development marketing and communication initiatives to promote the services of the hospital throughout the local community.

• To handle customer enquiries (both telephone and internet) supplying potential customers with information about the services offered at the hospital

• To support the Medical Secretaries and Hospital Bookings Teams to ensure that customer requirements/queries are effectively dealt with.

• To coordinate customer journeys ensuring that customers have a good understanding of the defined customer journey expectations including -

- Identifying all hospital areas which have customer touch points to ensure shared knowledge and understanding

- Providing information required to enable other areas to respond to all customer enquiries to the defined quality and timeline standards

- Collating information which effect or influence the customer experience

To introduce new processes to improve customer advise and service as required

• To support the definition development communication and implementation of business development and marketing plans and activities.

• To provide advice and guidance to other team members and the wider hospital

• To develop constructive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

• To effectively and proactively develop constructive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

• To promote the Nuffield Health brand consistently across all stakeholders supporting the implementation of national brand values and guidelines.

As a Customer Services Advisor you will have:

• Proven experience in a customer service sales or marketing role

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent interpersonal skills and a good level of IT literacy

• Good organizational skills
