Job Description
- Design and develop air intake and exhaust systems for commercial vehicle platforms ensuring compliance with performance emissions and NVH requirements.
- Create and manage 3D CAD models and 2D drawings using industry-standard tools.
- Apply GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) principles to ensure manufacturability and assembly fit.
- Collaborate with CAE and CFD teams to validate thermal flow and structural performance.
- Conduct DFMEA DVP&R and other quality assurance activities.
- Interface with suppliers manufacturing and testing teams to ensure design feasibility and validation.
- Manage project timelines deliverables and documentation in alignment with product development milestones.
- Support cost reduction localization and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering or related field.
- 36 years of experience in air intake and exhaust system design for commercial vehicles.
- Proficiency in GD&T DFMEA and quality tools (e.g. 8D Fishbone 5 Whys).
- Working knowledge of CAE/CFD tools (e.g. ANSYS GT-Power Star-CCM).
- Experience with Unigraphics NX.
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with emission regulations and vehicle integration constraints.
