Job Description

Our client in the Telecoms sector is looking for a Scrum Master: Data on a contract duration of 5 months.

Job Purpose
The Scrum Master will be responsible for facilitating agile ceremonies coaching teams on agile principles removing impediments and ensuring delivery excellence across multiple squads. This role supports the delivery of high-impact digital products and services aligned with Fintech Group strategic goals.


Required Skills & Experience
  • 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a technology or fintech environment.
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum Kanban SAFe).
  • Experience working with APIs microservices and digital channels is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Agile tools (e.g. Jira Azure DevOps Confluence).
  • Excellent facilitation coaching and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication abilities.
  • Scrum Master certification (CSM PSM I/II) preferred.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Business or related field.
  • Agile certifications (Scrum Master SAFe Agilist PMI-ACP) are advantageous.
