Job Description

We are partnering with a European leader in the residential property services sector. This dynamic and fast-growing organization is expanding its footprint across the continent through a successful strategy of strategic acquisitions. They are currently undertaking a major business transformation underpinned by a group-wide implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and are now building a new central data function to drive their future success.

Performance Objectives for Year One:

Lead the D365 Data Migration: Successfully architect and lead the master data migration stream for the group-wide Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation. You will own the process from data mapping and validation to final execution ensuring the highest level of data integrity post-rollout.
Build the BI & Reporting Engine: Design develop and launch the companys foundational suite of Power BI dashboards and reports. Within 9 months you will provide key financial and operational stakeholders with the critical self-service insights needed to drive business performance.
Establish Master Data Governance: Create and implement the V1 master data governance framework including data quality controls standardization principles and clear processes to ensure financial and operational data is accurate consistent and reliable across all business units.
Recruit and Mentor Your Team: Hire onboard and lead a high-performing team of 2-4 Master Data and BI specialists. You will define the teams operating rhythm prioritize their work and foster a culture of excellence and collaboration.
Create the Acquisition Integration Playbook: Develop a scalable and repeatable data migration process to efficiently integrate newly acquired companies into the groups common ERP and reporting environment personally leading the first integration project.
