What you will be doing:

Facilitate all required Scrum events (Daily Scrum Sprint Planning Sprint Review Retrospective).
Coach the Development Team on self-organization cross-functionality value creation and estimation.
Remove obstacles and impediments hindering the Development Teams progress.
Ensure the Product Owner understands how to manage and arrange the Product Backlog to maximize value.
Lead coach and plan the organizations understanding and adoption of Scrum including empirical product planning.

What our client is looking for:

A relevant tertiary qualification would be beneficial.
1-2 years of proven experience as a Scrum Master for a software development team.
Experience in a customer-facing or similar role.
Strong knowledge of Scrum and other Agile frameworks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively with people at all organizational levels.
A servant-leadership approach.
Situational awareness and conflict resolution skills.
