Minimum Requirements

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology Business Engineering or a related field is required
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification is required
Advanced certifications such as Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) or PMI-ACP is an advantage

Experience

Minimum of 5-8 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
Proven experience in leading Scrum teams preferably in insurance or finance related fields.
