What this job involves

• Work closely with TA recruiters to enhance effective hiring processes.
• Conduct on boarding process for the new hires.
• Conduct the healthy check and background check for new hires.
• Responsible for the new hire data input into the HR system.
• Update staffing reports.
• Coordinate and support other ad hoc staffing or HR project if necessary.

Sound like you To apply you need to be:

• University graduate Human Resources Psychology or Commerce is a plus;
• Familiar with local social media channels regarding to recruitment related activities;
• Be passionate and proactive; willing and able to take initiatives;
• A high level of sense of ownership and personal accountability;
• A strong client service orientation with the ability to create impact and build rapport quickly;
• A team player and good communicator.
• Good command of English both in oral and written;
• Strong PC skills in windows applications (Excel Word Power-point)
