Requirement:
- Conduct regulatory compliance review for raw materials and finished products.
- Support regulatory compliance of import and export of raw materials and finished products.
- Provide regulation interpretation and non-compliance case analysis to support formula design and label design.
- Complete regulation scanning horizon scanning customer questionnaire statement and other customer needs. Provide professional advice to customer enquiry. Proactively manage changes with potential impact to key customers.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure compliance across product lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance of manufacturing labeling product standard statements etc.
- Support plant on manufacturing permit management and on-site audit.
- Keep close contact with industry association and competent authority for regulation watch monitoring interpretation etc.
Qualification:
- Bachelors degree or above majoring in Food Science and Technology Food safety Public Health or other related subjects.
- Over 5 years working experience in Regulatory Affairs in food manufacturing industry.
- Experiences in QA/RD will be a plus.
- Familiar with the knowledge of Food technology regulation and related local and international regulations.
- Proficient at identifying and managing priorities time management skills and risk assessment.
- Able to research regulations in multiple countries and multiple categories.
- Able to speak and write in both English & Chinese ability to influence cross functional team
- Good teamwork logical thinking and responsible attitude.
