Job Scope

Applications specialists may fall under a range of job titles including Applications Engineer or Application Development Specialists. The primary role is to provide application support and interpretation to the customers based on the evaluation test result.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Participate in the training courses on Diasorin products technologies and service and pass the training examination
• Produce technical files and provide technical support for Diasorin products registration in local market
• Provide operator & technical training to end-user report to Application Manager for approval and implement the approved plan
• Provide technological and application support for promotion activities and for distributors for developing Diasorin products end users
• Frequently visit end users and monitoring the satisfaction and demand of end users of DiaSorin products
• Cooperating with marketing group inside company to produce and implement the yearly training courses for distributors
• Support Sales activity with technical and scientific presentations to end users
• Monitoring the technological advantages and disadvantages registration status and application situations of the competing products in the market
• Produce weekly work reports for discussion and for Application Managers approval
• Other tasks from line manager.

Education Experience and Qualifications

Education / Specialization:

• Bachelors degree in Clinical Biomedical or Biology

Experience:

• 8 years working experience in multinational companies or hospitals
• 5 years professional experience as application specialist in clinical department at hospital or laboratory or IVD industry

Technical Competencies:

• Hands-on experience in doing the evaluation of diagnostics testing

Skills:

• Good Communication and interpersonal skill
• Good presentation skill
• Detail oriented
• Work independently

Languages: Local Language English is a plus

Travel availability: >70% travelling is required within the responsible territory
