Key Accountabilities

Experience
and execute an improvement plan or contribute to the development of policy procedures and guidelines across functions in line with business needs AkzoNobel (HSE) strategies and policies relevant legislation and standards in order to minimize HSE risks maximize quality and achieve top quartile safety and operational eco-efficient performance.
: Identifies shortcomings in current processes and procedures from the own discipline and suggests improvements.

skills: Is able to explain and convince internal parties about chosen solutions based on content-driven arguments; has contact with internal and/or external parties about issues in own (functional) / relevant discipline(s).
: Participates in national networks and contributes to advocacy activities in favor of (part of) AkzoNobel and to ensure an optimal representation of (part of) the organization.
