Andile: Capital Markets Graduate Programme

Graduates in the Andile Capital Markets Graduate Programme can expect a 6-month programme that provides insight into the Capital Markets industry while developing skills and attributes needed to succeed. The program begins with training in Capital and Financial Markets followed by rotations through different business areas. Graduates will then move into one of the companys centres of excellence for specialised training and deeper knowledge. The program also offers opportunities for graduates to excel as a business analyst systems analyst or software engineer

Qualifications:

Minimum of 65% average over all years of study
Any of the following:
- Bachelor of Business Science
- Bachelor of Commerce Honours
- Bachelor of Accounting
- Bachelor of Finance and Investment Management
- Bachelor or BSc of Software Engineering (Computer Science Information Science)
- Bachelor of Mathematics and Statistics
- Bachelor of Industrial Engineering
