We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Graduate Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate who is eager to apply theoretical knowledge to real-world engineering challenges and develop professionally within a supportive environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

As a Graduate Mechanical Engineer you will contribute to the design analysis testing and improvement of mechanical systems across a range of projects. You will work closely with Senior Engineers and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with the design and development of mechanical components systems and assemblies
Perform engineering calculations simulations and technical analysis
Support prototype development testing and validation activities
Prepare technical drawings documentation and reports
Participate in team meetings technical reviews and project planning
Ensure compliance with industry standards safety regulations and company procedures
Contribute fresh ideas to improve product performance and efficiency

Requirements:

Bachelors Degree (or higher) in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
Strong understanding of engineering principles materials thermodynamics and mechanics
Familiarity with CAD software (e.g. SolidWorks AutoCAD CATIA or similar)
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
Internship or project experience is advantageous but not essential
