RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Data Flow Optimization
  • Evaluate optimise and implement improvements to data flow architecture
  • to ensure efficiency scalability and reliability.
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks or inefficiencies in data pipelines.
  • Collaborate with teams to streamline data collection integration and transformation processes.
• Automation of Reporting
  • Develop and implement automated reporting solutions to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy.
  • Optimise existing workflows to enable automated scalable reporting.
  • Ensure automated reports are aligned with business needs and are easily accessible to stakeholders.
• Data Analysis and Insights
  • Interpret large datasets to identify trends anomalies and actionable insights.
  • Provide recommendations based on data analysis to support business decisions.
• Collaboration and Communication
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including IT operations and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Act as a technical advisor bridging the gap between technical teams and non-technical users.
• System Maintenance and Improvement
  • Monitor and maintain existing data systems ensuring their performance and reliability.
  • Proactively propose and implement improvements to processes and technologies.
• Documentation and Training

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelors degree in engineering
• Proven experience in data flow optimisation and automation
• Proficiency in tools and technologies such as SQL Python Power BI
• Familiarity with cloud-based data solutions such as GCP Azure
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Exceptional problem-solving skills
