About the LTL Project
We are entering a growth phase in our LTL (Less-than-Truckload) Project as we continue to expand our tech-enabled mid-mile logistics network across Indonesia. This project focuses on serving businesses with partial-load shipping needs by consolidating cargo from multiple clients optimizing route efficiency and ensuring consistent delivery performance.
To support this growth we are also strengthening our cargo provider ecosystem by partnering with transporters fleet owners and logistics agents. By enabling better load matching leveraging digital tools and offering consistent volume we aim to improve truck productivity and create long-term value for our partners. As part of this expansion were building a strong talent pool of professionals experienced in LTL operations transport planning cargo network development and logistics strategy.
What We Are Looking For
As we scale our LTL Project we are looking for a strategic and hands-on Head of Commercial who has experience in handling Electronics clients to lead and optimize our growing logistics network.
Senior Logistics Professional Preferably from established cargo LTL or trucking logistics companies with a deep understanding of domestic transport networks.
Head of Commercial (LTL) With experience in B2B sales business development or key account management in the LTL sector handling clients under Electronics industry.
Market Builder Someone who can identify opportunities develop new partnerships and open new market segments for LTL services.
Strategic & Customer-Centric Capable of designing tailored solutions for clients and translating customer needs into actionable commercial strategies.
Start-Up Energy Adaptive entrepreneurial and ready to build a commercial function from the ground up in a fast-paced environment.
